Holy Spirit Catholic Church

The Parish of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Christiansburg, Virginia commissioned Balzer and Associates, Inc. to prepare a master planning site study and design for their phase one multipurpose building. The master plan program includes: 450 seat worship center, gathering space, administrative offices, lower level classrooms, fellowship hall, bell tower and support facilities.

Our Architecture staff and our Structural Engineers worked closely to design the floor and roof system featuring exposed site built wooden trusses and wind columns. Our budget sensitive approach to architectural and engineering design played a major role in allowing the church to achieve its visions of a large uninterrupted space for worship.
