Shades of Light

Balzer and Associates, Inc. was retained to design the new 82,000 square foot Shades of Light corporate headquarters and distribution center.  The building includes 11,600 square feet of corporate office space, 9,000 square feet of production space and a 61,500 square foot high-bay warehouse facility with packaging, loading and shipping capabilities.  The site and building are designed for a future 27,000 square foot warehouse addition.
