Bon Air Residence

Balzer and Associates, Inc. works with clients to create beautiful landscape designs that are creative, functional and aesthetically pleasing. The Bon Air Residence is located in a historic section of Richmond and through the use of terracing the lawn an area was created for the children to play and a pool house was added to the site. Concrete and natural stone were used to create the patio, pool decks and stairs.

Balzer was involved in all levels of this project from the design concept to the plant selection for the site.
