Richmond Meter Estate

Balzer and Associates, Inc. is helping clients develop their dreams. Still in the design process, the creation of plans for the Richmond Meter Estate in Chesterfield County is our most daring design with water. Modeled after the natural swimming pool concept this design specifies a 10,000 sq ft. pond with numerous streams and waterfalls. Using constructed wetlands as the primary filtering system the water promises to be clear and clean. The rendering shown was created in-house yet the design and development with the client has been aided by consultants in pond construction and 3D modeling. Working closely with other professions enables use to bring together the best team for the client to give them the results they want.
