Creighton Commercial

Creighton Commercial is located on Mechanicsville Turnpike, US Route 360 in Hanover County Virginia. It consists of a 40.8 acre parcel. Balzer and Associates, Inc. worked with a local attorney to rezone the property for its multiple uses. Creighton Road was extended through the property to provide access to the newly created parcels. With the road design a pond was designed to control storm water runoff and treat pollutant runoff for the entire property. Balzer also did the wetland delineation, wetland permitting and geotechnical design for the road and pond.
