Upper Meadows

Balzer and Associates, Inc. performed a wetland delineation of 194 acres in Powhatan County, Virginia for a proposed residential development of approximately twenty 10-acre parcels. Our wetland delineation determined the boundaries of any jurisdictional wetlands and/or waters of the US, which are regulated by the US Army Corps of Engineers. These areas must be protected from disruption during any phase of development. Our Site Engineers and the Developer have plans to access the home sites via a future road over one of these protected creeks.
