Old Orchard Marketplace

Approximately 44 acres of land in the Daleville area of Botetourt County, VA, located in the southern portion of the County near the intersection of US 220 and Interstate 81, is being proposed for rezoning and development to construct a variety of commercial properties. Our Transportation Engineering department was commissioned to conduct a Traffic Impact Analysis to coincide with the rezoning application and determine the roadway infrastructure improvements necessary consequent to the proposed development. Our staff has coordinated efforts with local VDOT staff, County staff and a local engineering firm that designed the future development immediately adjacent to the subject property in order to provide the best transportation solutions for a growing community.
