Located in Chesterfield County, Virginia, Providence is a residential community stretched throughout a stunning golf course. Balzer and Associates, Inc. completed a site plan layout for approximately 40 acres that included 175 lots of single-family housing and townhouses as well as the golf club house. This residential development plan features open space, roadways, sidewalks, utilities, storm water management, and a landscaping plan.
