Kinloch

Kinloch is a 350 lot single family residential development in Goochland County, Virginia. Balzer and Associates has designed the roads, utilities and storm sewer for seven sections of Kinloch, including an extension of Tuckahoe Creek Parkway. The subdivision features multiple house sizes with lake and golf course views. Within Kinloch Balzer and Associates designed a 24 foot wide by 8 foot high bottomless concrete arch pipe. This road crossing provided access to both sides of Kinloch Lake. Balzer and Associates has provided surveying, engineering and geotechnical services throughout the subdivision.
