Ethan Allen Interiors Showroom

The owners of the local Ethan Allen Interiors Showrooms, came to Balzer and Associates, Inc. when they were planning to replace their store in Richmond's West End with a larger showroom in the new Towne Center West Retail Center in Short Pump. Balzer adapted the showroom prototype to blend with the center's architectural standards. The design was also adapted to allow for a hybridized pre-engineered metal building construction that offered the cost savings of a pre-engineered structure without the aesthetic and maintenance issues common to those buildings.
