Howard has been with Balzer and Associates, Inc. for 25 years and is currently the Manager of our Shenandoah Valley office and oversees our Surveying Department there. Howard graduated from West Virginia Institute of Technology with a Civil/Survey Technology degree and is a licensed Virginia Land Surveyor. He continues to give back to his profession through active involvement in the Virginia Association of Surveyors.
Ray graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree in 1996 and came to work for Balzer and Associates, Inc. in 1997. Ray stepped up to the challenge of helping to establish a new office in the Shenandoah Valley in 2003. He became a licensed Landscape Architect in 1999 and continues his professional development through his membership in the Virginia Society of Landscape Architects.
