From the North or South

  • Take Interstate 81 to Roanoke.
  • Take exit 141 to Route 419.
  • At the end of the exit ramp, take a right onto Route 419.
  • At the 7th stoplight, take a left onto Apperson Drive.
  • About a mile down the road you will pass a McDonalds on your right.
  • About another 0.5 mile you will see a “Skate Center” sign on your left.
  • The road will have a small hill and at the bottom of the incline, a lane will appear for those who wish to turn left onto Corporate Circle. Take that left.
  • Balzer and Associates, Inc. is located at the back of the circle in the brick one-story building.

From the South/West

  • Take 220 North to Roanoke.
  • Take the Tanglewood exit and bear left at the end of the exit ramp onto
  • Route 419 towards Salem.
  • As you reach Lewis Gale Hospital, take a right onto Keagy Road.
  • Turn right at the stoplight onto Brandon Avenue.
  • Follow Brandon for about .5 mile. You will see a “Skate Center” sign on your left.
  • The road will have a small hill and at the bottom of the incline, a lane will appear for those who wish to turn left onto Corporate Circle. Take that left.
  • Balzer and Associates, Inc. is located at the back of the circle in the brick one-story building.

From the East

  • Follow Route 460 West into Roanoke. It will turn into 460/Orange Avenue.
  • When you reach the intersection at Williamson Road, continue to follow
  • Orange Avenue straight ahead. At this point, the road changes into Melrose Avenue.
  • Continue on Melrose Avenue until you reach the intersection at Peters Creek Road. Turn left onto Peters Creek Road.
  • Follow Peters Creek Road until you reach the intersection at Brandon Avenue. Turn right onto Brandon Avenue.
  • Drive a short distance past Eden Homes Retirement Community on your right and Brandon Oaks Retirement Community on your left.
  • The road will then curve and start to decline. At the bottom of the incline, a lane will appear for those who wish to turn right onto Corporate Circle.
  • Take that right.
  • Balzer and Associates, Inc. is located at the back of the circle in the brick one-story building.
